One room available in a bath house single story. (MUST BE OK W A DOG, hypoallergenic) The room is about and fits a queen sized bed and a closet. The room will have access to the second FULL bathroom. All utilities will be split evenly. Some shared spaces will be the kitchen, living room, gravel parking, backyard and laundry. There is a non-refundable deposit for the mattress. The area is close to shopping centers, grocery stores, cinemas, hospitals and mins to Richmond. Females preferred. First and deposit will be required.
