I have a small room for rent here in Watauga, which is in Ft Worth by Keller. I’m asking $475 because times are tough and I want to help someone as well as receive a bit of help myself. This is my single family home and I have one roommate who sticks to himself. The house is quiet and peaceful. I’m a bit extroverted but definitely not invasive. We respect each others space and feelings here. Your room does not have a closet. W/D access is available on your day of the week. Street parking. Shared bathroom.

I am 1/2 mile from Keller. Large, carpeted, master bedroom with large master bathroom and closet. Furnished with lots and lots of storage space. King size bed with remote control. There will also be room for a desk and chair. All four bedrooms are carpeted and the rest of the house is tile. There is a nice size patio out the back door. We have access to a pool in the subdivision. And there are great walking trails around the waterways in this area. This area is very safe and clean. I have never worried about my safety or the safety of my property. If you need a room before mine will be available, I have a room you can stay in at a cheaper price. But that room is not for rent. I am a senior woman who would prefer an educated, senior woman. However, being younger is not a deal breaker. I am the only one living here. I like my privacy and will definitely respect yours. I am not here to entertain you and you are not here to entertain me. I’m very sociable, so I don’t mean to sound unsociable, but I definitely enjoy my privacy. I stay mostly in my room. NOW!! It’s pretty important that you like doggies because I am a pet sitter and often have several pups in the house. I only accept dogs under 20 pounds so there will be no big dogs around. I keep my house very clean, have someone come in once a month for deep cleaning, and have my carpets cleaned 3 to 4 times a year, so there is no dog smell. I also have a service for picking up the dog poop in the backyard. They are confined to a certain area and your space is protected. Unless you want them in your room. There is a doggie door for them so no one is bothered letting them in or out. I want a drama free roommate that pays their bills on time and is clean and neat. I’m not looking for perfection but respectfully clean is important. I am easy-going, very flexible, generous, caring, and fun sometimes. Communication is super important! I just want to live out the rest of my life drama and stress-free…in peace. ❤️
