I’m currently living in a 4 bed/4 bath unit at Seasons Apartments (811 E Wetmore Rd, Tucson), and I’m planning to move out as I transition to a 1-bedroom unit for my final year. Rent $800/month. The first month of rent would be FREE for you! There is a shuttle that runs from 7 am - 8:30 pm Monday - Friday from the apartment to campus and it’s very reliable! I’m looking for someone to take over my lease for the upcoming academic year (with the option to extend through next summer if you’d like). The apartment is fully furnished, and the roommates are all friendly U of A undergrads (all female) and super easygoing!
