Parking available (I have an attached garage I use for my vehicle and some storage available) Shared bathroom, recently renovated and upgraded to shower. If you want it to be private bathroom, requires a little more in rent as I’m looking for two roommates (two rooms available). Gold room available now - my sister just moved back to California and left a dresser and sit/stand desk. Blue room can be available depending if you need it furnished or not. There are Two pools and and a jacuzzi plus a gym. Our home is quiet. And very clean. $400 deposit. $850 a month which includes all utilities. Gated community with off street parking inside the community. No couples,children, or animals. I do have a 3 lb dog.
