There is a washing machine and clothes dryer in the unit. Ceiling fans and overhead lighting, as well as wall lighting in every room. There's a fireplace, and a loft with a large balcony. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, and toaster oven. There is central air conditioning and heat.The unit features high ceilings, and a fireplace. There is a lot of shelving available. Non-smoker, neat and clean professional wanted to share the condo with one other. We would split the electric bill in half. Water, sewer and trash included. No homeowner association dues. No drugs. Social drinking is fine. There is parking very close, but it is not covered. This is 15 minutes to University of Arizona. There is a non-refundable $40 application fee with background check and one month rent for refundable deposit required.
