Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over a room in a 2 bed / 2 bath apartment starting around July 25th (possibly a few days earlier). Rent: $1399/month (utilities not included, they fluctuate each month) Apartment Details: * Private bedroom & bathroom* Shared kitchen and living space* In-unit washer & dryer* Unfurnished bedroom (you’ll need to bring your own furniture)* Living room has a couch, but otherwise common areas are minimally furnished* Pet-friendly (small additional fee—around $10/month for non-service animals) About me:I’m a student and also work full-time, so I’m in and out pretty often. When I’m home, I’m usually pretty laid-back—gaming, relaxing, or just doing my own thing. I’m respectful of shared spaces and like to keep things reasonably clean. I also have a cat, so you’d need to be okay with pets! I also have a 3-year-old child who will split time between mine and their dad’s homes. Roommate #2 has a 10-year old who also splits time with their dad and a puppy.
