The yard has a pool, floats, covered patio, lounge chairs, fire pit, BBQ, and plenty of space to unwind. Rent includes high-speed Wi-Fi, utilities, and use of streaming services. I handle pool care, landscaping, HVAC, and supply basics like toilet paper, paper towels, and cleaning supplies. Sheets and towels can be provided if needed.
