Inside, you’ll have access to a gourmet kitchen, dining room, sunroom, living room with a pellet stove, 2nd floor laundry, your own bedroom with two large closets, and a shared bathroom. We have driveway parking, a front porch, storage shed, central heat/AC, high speed internet, garbage pickup, and housekeepers that clean common areas every other week. The electric bill will be split 3 ways. Non-cigarette smokers only, please. Two friendly dogs also live here.
