We have a cozy living room and a fully equipped kitchen, so you'll have everything you need. The apartment is in great condition, as we both make sure to keep it clean and in order. If anything goes wrong, our landlord is quick to fix it. We just got a brand-new dishwasher, and there’s a washing machine and dryer in the basement.It’s only a 5-minute walk to Bellarmine campus, and Kroger isn’t far either.The rent is $, plus utilities (internet and gas). Move in date would be June thI'm looking for roommates to move in next month (rent is -ish with 2), my roommate and his daughter will be nothing out at the end of the lease and I would like to stay, apartment has central AC, a nice neighborhood, a nice outdoor yard space, gender doesn't really matter, I get along better with people around my age and I bit into the nerdier side of life, I have dysthymia so for the most part I tend to keep to myself, apartment is a no smoking area, there's a nice outdoor space in the backyard, there is a pet policy, pets need to be cleared by the landlord and there's a $ fee per month, utilities is split with the apartment below us, i get up at 3am to work and generally in bed by pm, I don't smoke and I don't drink at home, sometimes I'll go out to a bar nearby but that's maybe once ever couple weeks

I've been living here for the past year. Roommate moving in with girlfriend and we had an extra bedroom as well. Awesome spot. $/month per room (there are two available) & utilities split. If you and a friend are looking to move somewhere this is a cool spot to be- rent can be negotiated between the two of you for rooms- I'm looking for $ total. One room has off street parking spot and private entrance. Move in late May/ early June. I love to travel and am out of town a decent amount. No images yet as I'm mostly posting to gauge interest.
