You'll be sharing the flat with Nik, who’s a Bellarmine student—super welcoming, warm, and someone you’ll enjoy having at the dinner table.The available room comes furnished with a bed and mattress, a couch, and an armchair. We have a cozy living room and a fully equipped kitchen, so you'll have everything you need. The apartment is in great condition, as we both make sure to keep it clean and in order. Move in date would be June thI'm looking for roommates to move in next month (rent is -ish with 2), my roommate and his daughter will be nothing out at the end of the lease and I would like to stay, apartment has central AC, a nice neighborhood, a nice outdoor yard space, gender doesn't really matter, I get along better with people around my age and I bit into the nerdier side of life, I have dysthymia so for the most part I tend to keep to myself, apartment is a no smoking area, there's a nice outdoor space in the backyard, there is a pet policy, pets need to be cleared by the landlord and there's a $ fee per month, utilities is split with the apartment below us, i get up at 3am to work and generally in bed by pm, I don't smoke and I don't drink at home, sometimes I'll go out to a bar nearby but that's maybe once ever couple weeks
