Apartment is located on the 5th (top) floor of apartment building with elevator access, and has a waterfall view. Shared kitchen and living room. In-unit laundry. Current tenants are my husband and myself. We both work a lot and when we are home we are usually working or relaxing a little. We are pretty quiet and keep mostly to ourselves, but we don’t mind a friendly chat here and there. We go to bed early (91sh) and wake up early (5:30), so we appreciate anyone who can respect quiet hours. We try our best to keep a tidy home. We are looking for someone who is responsible to pay rent on time, clean up after themselves and take care of shared spaces, respectful of quiet hours, and someone who is communicative. Rent for couples would be $1250 instead of the $1000 for single occupants. No smokers. Cats and small animals are okay if they can stay in the room upstairs because we have 2 cats of our own. Dogs would be considered if we can introduce the animals first to make sure they get along. Partially furnished with bed and side shelves if you have use of them, otherwise they can be moved.
