Also, it is not too far from the strip (15mins), downtown Fremont (15mins), downtown Summerlin (15mins), and Chinatown (15mins). Monthly rent is $1100.00 including some utilities, trash, and wi-fi. Security deposit ($550) is required. I will run background check ($55.00), and I will need a proof of income (paystubs). I am trying to run a good house. In general, I give you as much freedom as you like, as long as it does not affect the others in the house.
