This is a remote workers dream with high internet speeds and all the natural light but of course anyone is welcome. We prioritize people who want to make friends and have common interests. The culture is our top priority in this house not filling rooms.

In Carrollton. Full rent is 1384, but it would be split in half. I already pay everything else. My only ground rules for my behalf is to just pay your rent, clean up behind yourself, no stealing and can buy own food. Neither of us would really ever go into each other's rooms for anything.
