I'm clean, quiet, and boring.

Roommate | Memphis, TN, USA

Man... where do i begin... My name is Johnny. I have worked at the airport as an air traffic controller for 21 years. I'm finishing up a 3 year-long divorce battle in July of this year. I filed back in early 2023. I've been staying with a co-worker and his wife a few days a week for a long time now. However, they are having their first child in July. So I have to move. The guest room I stay in will be the baby's room. I hope to get my home in Bartlett back at the end of the divorce process. Until then, I've been commuting some from my farm outside of Jackson Tennessee and staying there on weekends. What I am looking for is a place to stay for about 3-4 days a week until this is all over. I really just need a place to sleep and shower. I don't need access to the kitchen to cook or fridge space. I pretty much eat out at restaurants. I don't keep late hours. I'm usually in bed by 10pm and up by 6am. I'm very quiet and very boring. I read a lot. When I'm not working, I'm at the gym. I'm very clean. With me, you get more than just a roommate, you get a life long friend. I'm extremely loyal to those whom have helped me out along the way. As a "professional home owner" I can fix just about anything. I'm a carpenter, a plumber, an electrician, a mechanic, a farmer, a landscaper, etc. I'm one heck of a cook. I know my way around the kitchen. My pinterest recipe pages are impressive. I'm also a shade tree psychologist. I've been through enough BS while spinning on this big blue marble we call earth to offer non-judgmental sage-like wisdom. Your problems can be my problems. Tough times never last, but tough people do. We will get you through this. People have said my personality is like a mixture of Tommy Lee Jones, Al Bundy, and Leslie Neilsen. I have a lot of dad jokes. I can be pretty direct at times. Really, I'm just an old dad. I'm honest, dependable, and I have a tendency to fall asleep in the chair. I guess that's about it...
