I am hoping to find something clean, spacious, and peaceful.I have been with my significant other for 17 years and I am at a point where I need to move forward on my own. It is a mutual separation and there will be no drama. I have a 7 year old daughter who will be coming with me. She is in first grade, very well behaved, and my top priority. I also have a 25 year old son, but he will be staying with his father until I am able to secure a permanent home.This would be temporary while I work toward stable, long term housing for my children and myself. I am on disability and also work part time, so I have steady and dependable income each month. I do receive SNAP benefits to help with groceries. I am quiet, private, and very clean.
