Seeking place to move by August/Sep
Roommate | Fraser, MI, USA
I comfortably can pay $400 usually 3rd day of month, then 100, on next paycheck. I’m consistent. I cannot pay a security deposit on top of rent. I work part time. I volunteer. I am a double amputee, seeking a place to move, with my cat Nebula. We’re working on ESA. She is my entire world, and I’d need someone considerate. Living with my previous roomie, I had lost my cat of 4 and a half years, we moved everywhere together, but moving to this place, was a worst time of my life. I would like to leave; I tried waiting in hopes I’d be reunited with my cat again- it’s been 2 years... Now in my life, Nebula, would actually do well with a cat friend if necessary if someone has a behaved cat already. It would be a win/win situation, as she was with another cat at one point, but I can only handle one personally; if not no big deal she’s behaved and my shadow girly. I would need to view the place personally to see what is doable for me for my day to day life. I don’t need crazy accommodations, just considerations: of things like easy parking, no silly parking ordnance. placing my things easily reach for me via kitchen/shower. Places I’m open to moving to: Fraser, Clinton Township, hazel park, ferndale, Madison heights, Warren, roseville. Redford (only if it’s near 6 mile area/beech Daly etc. Mount clemens. MAYBE places: Harrison Twnshp, Livionia. In hopes of finding someone I can be friends with, preferably female. I keep shared spaces clean. I don’t mind doing others dishes as long as they’re rinsed at least. I don’t mind buying toiletry, paper towels cleaning products etc for household. I’m hoping to find a kind hearted person, who will allow me to feel comfortable in a home vs staying only in my room. Ideally seeking long-term as it’s difficult for me to move my things, I can’t drive a u-haul myself, so finding people to help is a task itself. I try to be independent as possible, I don’t ask for much help if I can accommodate myself. Thank you.

Chase, 25
Roommate(s) - Aug/Sept
Roommate | Chicago, IL, USA
Hi everyone, I’m Chase! I’m looking for a roommate or a group of roommates in the Wrigleyville/Lincoln Park/Lakeview area. That’s my ideal spot, but I’m pretty flexible on neighborhood since I work fully remote.I’m 24, originally from Minnesota, and just graduated from Lake Forest College. I work in financial services and I’m fully remote. I wake up early to work out on weekdays, so my nights during the week are usually pretty quiet. On the weekends I’m more social and like to go out, play hockey, hit up bars, and try new things around the city. Always down to explore Chicago with people and make new friends.I like to keep things fairly clean and ordered, nothing OCD or crazy, just a nice space to come home to. Budget is around $1400/month, and I’d love to go a bit under if possible. Ideally looking to move in August, but September works too depending on what lines up.
