The sublease is month to month with -day notice by either party but prefer someone who would like to stay longer term. We have the master room and you have the smaller room. You get your own bathroom and walk in closet which is nice. Laundry within unit. Large TV in living room. We are on the top floor so we get a nice view of the sunset. Small balcony. About us: we are a couple in our early 40s. Man and a woman. The guy is a lawyer and the woman is a bridal designer. We work during the week and at night keep to ourselves. Ideal roomate would have a busy schedule and be a working professional like us. About the complex: There is a massive gym that is amazing.
