Seeking roommate for at least three to twelve months. Must provide proof of salary, simple background check and copy of credit report (Free Credit Karma ok). The sublease is month to month with -day notice by either party but prefer someone who would like to stay longer term. Included: Central air/heat, balconies/patio, cable/wireless internet, dishwasher, gas fireplace. We have a nice living room set up with couch and also a nice kitchen area with nice dishes. We got this two bedroom and dont use the other room so we wanted to rent it out. Open to couples and pets.
