Hi everyone, my name is George, and my roommate and I are looking to fill an open room in our house starting Aug 1 for a 1-year lease. Rent is $1450, plus a standard 1-month's rent ($4700) security deposit. The room would include a shared bathroom, as well. The landlord asks us to pay for home insurance, and we use Lemonade for $15 a month. Ideally, we're looking for a guy who is either working or in college, but we're flexible. Has to be clean and cordial, as my roommate and I are both on working schedules. I teach at Chapman, and he is in banking.
