The complex includes a pool, a sauna, laundry rooms, fitness room, fire pits, grills & parking (there's a guest parking lot too which is a plus for the summer!). Only a 5 minute walk to downtown HB & the pier. All utilities included except electric which is about $150-$250 total per month. Your share of the rent would be $2175.
