Beautiful new efficiency apartment in our home.We are a retired couple in our seventies looking for someone to help out weekly with a few chores. These include yard work, occasional inside things I.e. changing light bulbs errands etc. My husband had a stroke 13 years ago and needs help occasionally. He is partially paralyzed and simple tasks are sometimes challenging. We are looking for someone who works from home and lifestyle is early to rise and not a night owl. This is not a situation but negotiable on rent depending on willingness to help out. We offer a beautiful home with large outdoor patio- and open space common area to enjoy the outdoors. We have a sweet indoor/outdoor cat and a small non shedding dog. There is not a separate entrance so you share the front entrance.

The guest room is shown in the photos, and you will have equal access to that as well!Your parking is on the street in front of the house--it is wide and quiet, so there won't be any trouble for you parking there. Washer(new) & Dryer. We also split chores evenly and swap tasks weekly to keep it fair for everyone 🙂 This house has TWO AC units, one for the upstairs, and one for the basement/main floor. So, the house never gets insanely hot in the summer. Rent/bills are all split evenly 3 ways. Bills include utilities/gas/internet. The summer tends to be the most expensive due to watering. Pests is every 3 /person. You will have to do a rental application with the property management company (or tenant screening report).About us: dogs. We respect each others space, but we are also friends. Full time students at CU Boulder -- I'm in a student vet in the dual masters program, and the other roomie is in the PhD program (not undergrads). I'm into travel, photography, and I'm obsessed with photographing the Auroras. I'm an outdoors kid and is slowly getting back into hiking, snowshoeing, and running. My roommate loves to play D&D & be outside. friendly as long as you smoke outside in the fairy garden.
