Efficiency apartment

Beautiful new efficiency apartment in our home.We are a retired couple in our seventies looking for someone to help out weekly with a few chores. These include yard work, occasional inside things I.e. changing light bulbs errands etc. My husband had a stroke 13 years ago and needs help occasionally. He is partially paralyzed and simple tasks are sometimes challenging. We are looking for someone who works from home and lifestyle is early to rise and not a night owl. This is not a situation but negotiable on rent depending on willingness to help out. We offer a beautiful home with large outdoor patio- and open space common area to enjoy the outdoors. We have a sweet indoor/outdoor cat and a small non shedding dog. There is not a separate entrance so you share the front entrance.
