The apartment is very clean and comfortable and the living room, dining room, and kitchen are furnished with new furniture and 80-foot flat-screen TV. The complex has amazing amenities: full gym (multiple rooms), rock climbing wall, pool tables, very nice clubhouse, movie theatre, 3 pools with hot tubs, and multiple grills. Great for bbqs and entertaining guests. Apartment complex is walking distance to Southcoast Plaza, Philz Coffee, Starbuck’s, and many restaurants and bars. This is for one-person only.
