Close proximity/walking distance to trails, parks, stores, food, community center with pool, hot tub, gym, clubhouse, swim spa, backyard, pool table, spare bedroom/bed/office space Rent: $ utilities Deposit: $800 (flexible) No term lease is required, however there is a rental agreement upon move-in. One roommate works full time who enjoys video games/movies/tv (they spend most of their time in their room), and one roommate is retired who enjoys 3D printing, Legos, and arts/crafts.
