I have a separate room with shared bath available that very much affordable, rent is just $650 including everything.

We have a 5 bedroom 2 bath house in southern hill area of Springfield right off Lone pine area. We are looking for a roommate to have 1 of the bedrooms with shared living space. Must be an animal lover as we have several dogs, cats and reptiles. Currently 3 adults and 1child living here as well. Rent would be 600$ a month. We do have a private backyard with a pool, hot tub, blackstone and charcoal grill. As well as a decent sized dining room and living room.

There is a beautifully furnished bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with double vaniities that is shared only with guests. You will have whole house privileges. and if you love to cook and are good at it, I'll even buy the groceries. Although I am 420 friendly there can be no smoking of anything inside the house. Alcoholic beverages or illegal drugs of any kind are forbidden. I have a 15 lb, 12 yr old, very friendly, Jack Russell Terrier, rescue dog who would love to have a canine pal, so a friendly, under 25 lbs dog with excellent house manners is encouraged. My home has a large fenced yard and doggie door. For $500.00 per month I furnish all utilites including internet. However, you must be clean & neat (no clutter) able and willing to help me maintain the house. You must be kind, considerate, respectful, mild mannered, friendly and helpful. There can be no live-in partner unless permanent and subject to my approval, with an extra charge of $100 per month. An occasional overnight guest is welcome, and is also subject to my approval.
