We are seeking a responsible Male adult to rent our 1 bedroom that is located downstairs in a single family home. My husband and I have 6 adult children. 2 of them live with us. The room is furnished with a full sized bed, -inch flat screen TV, dresser, desk, microwave, and a mini fridge/freezer and a nice sized closet. We have a portable fan and heater available for your needs. The bathroom is shared. We love children & and pets. However, the room is not suitable for them. The following is included in the monthly rent:Wi-fi, utilities, laundry facilities (washer & dryer).Our home is located in a nice, safe area. We are approximately 1 mile from local markets, plenty of restaurants, a park, a well-known gym, and the freeway. There is plenty of street parking.** No overnight guests **
