Common areas and spacious bathroom shared with me, a tidy but not neat-freak, dayshift medical professional, and a very sweet, hypoallergenic cat. All utilities included in rent, and reduced rent available if interested in cat and/or plant-sitting while I am away from May through September. Female or MARRIED couples preferred. Large backyard with doggie-door so dogs allowed, and fish or other terrarium pets, but no cats (my cat gets along with dogs but not cats).
