Room in BedStuy on Halsey & Tompkin
임대 방 | Halsey Street, Brooklyn, NY, USA
Hi! My roommate and I are looking for someone to join on resigning a year lease for a 3bd 1br in bed stuy for a June 1st move in. Our landlord is asking that we have the lease resigned by May 1st A little bit about the apartment -- Rent: $1200/month. + Utilities - WiFi is about $15 / per month per person- Electricity ranges from about $50-120/month per person depending on the season - The room is approx 8’x10’ feet with a closet and one window - The apartment has split unit AC/heaters in each room- Transit: about 10 minute walk to the Nostrand ave A/C stop and 8 min walk to the Kingston throop C stop. The b26 also stops right outside the apartment - The cross streets are Halsey and Tompkins. - There’s some cute shops and restaurants in the neighborhood. About a 12 min walk to Herbert Von King park. There is technically laundry in the building but we usually opt to use the laundromat that is about a 3 min walk from the apartment - We both like to keep the apartment pretty clean and quiet. The living space is relatively small so it’s really important to us to have someone who also likes to keep things tidy 🙂- No other pets: We have two cats (melo and Juno) so cannot add another one into the mix unfortunately. We’re good friends and usually hang out most weekends so would love to have someone who wants more of a friendship with their roommates but also good with anyone who just wants a chill roommate relationship Photos are of the room from the listing. Will send more photos of the unit to anyone interested! Message me if you’re interested and lmk if you have any questions!!

Furnished Room Util Incl Safe Quiet
임대 방 | 48th Street, Brooklyn, NY, USA
youtu.be/SeyBF-8JOG8?feature=shared Are you a hardworking professional who just needs a secure, quiet place to rest at the end of a long day? This room rental might be exactly what you're looking for. The average room in this area goes for around $1,500, but I'm offering this room for just $1,000. Why the discount? Because you'll have access only to the room itself—no shared access to the rest of the house or apartment. This setup is perfect for someone who works long hours, owns a business, or just needs a safe and quiet place to sleep before heading out to work again. You can count on a secure, drama-free environment. It’s quiet, it’s warm in the winter, and it’s a space where you don’t have to worry about your belongings. My wife and I are retired and live here so your packages will be safe along with you and your belongings. In short, if you just need a cozy, safe room to recharge in, without the fuss of full apartment access, this is a great deal. The room will have a brand new twin size bed, fridge, microwave, TV, ceiling fan, closet, bureau, storage and Wi-Fi. And of course, a beautiful shared bathroom. Please view the video and understand that we will provide whatever you need to move forward, coffee maker, air fryer, etc.

Roommate for 1 Year Lease May 1st
임대 방 | Manhattan Avenue, Brooklyn, NY, USA
I have a room available in a 2 bedroom & 1.5 bathroom duplex apartment in East Williamsburg. The living room & kitchen are furnished so you’d only need to furnish your bedroom. There’s a washer and dryer in the basement of the building available for all tenants. The bedrooms are on different floors so it provides a lot of privacy between roommates. The neighborhood is cute & diverse with a few good restaurants and bars. The L, J, M, & G trains are all within a 10 min walk. The management company uses the standard NYC rental guidelines, which are income 40 times the rent, a credit score above 650, without any late payments or collections, and 12-month rental receipts that don’t show any late rent payments. I’ll share a link to apply for the apartment.
