We keep our house nice and clean and we have a house cleaner who comes weekly to clean. Kitchen is available for use and we have an extra refrigerator if needed to put food. No pets allowed and no overnight guest allowed, it’s a family home so we have to respect others safety. No drugs or any substance allowed. We do have Cal State Fullerton and Fullerton College near by and other colleges as well and freeways and shopping centers too.
