This apartment is in the Sierra Vista Irvine Company apartments on the Tustin Ranch Golf Course! The apartment is directly in the golf course with a great view! Our current roommate got a job offer up north and will not be renewing the lease with us. There is also a garage with half of it reserved for your storage! We have two cats who are trained to not go into the spare room and are very quiet throughout the day! I work from home and my partner goes out to work during the day and on the weekends may work later nights. This unit has a washer and dryer and the common spaces are fully furnished with half of the storage palaces also reserved!
