Room in BedStuy on Halsey & Tompkin
賃貸ルーム | Halsey Street, Brooklyn, NY, USA
Hi! My roommate and I are looking for someone to join on resigning a year lease for a 3bd 1br in bed stuy for a June 1st move in. Our landlord is asking that we have the lease resigned by May 1st A little bit about the apartment -- Rent: $1200/month. + Utilities - WiFi is about $15 / per month per person- Electricity ranges from about $50-120/month per person depending on the season - The room is approx 8’x10’ feet with a closet and one window - The apartment has split unit AC/heaters in each room- Transit: about 10 minute walk to the Nostrand ave A/C stop and 8 min walk to the Kingston throop C stop. The b26 also stops right outside the apartment - The cross streets are Halsey and Tompkins. - There’s some cute shops and restaurants in the neighborhood. About a 12 min walk to Herbert Von King park. There is technically laundry in the building but we usually opt to use the laundromat that is about a 3 min walk from the apartment - We both like to keep the apartment pretty clean and quiet. The living space is relatively small so it’s really important to us to have someone who also likes to keep things tidy 🙂- No other pets: We have two cats (melo and Juno) so cannot add another one into the mix unfortunately. We’re good friends and usually hang out most weekends so would love to have someone who wants more of a friendship with their roommates but also good with anyone who just wants a chill roommate relationship Photos are of the room from the listing. Will send more photos of the unit to anyone interested! Message me if you’re interested and lmk if you have any questions!!

What Makes New York, NY a Good Place to Rent a Room
NYC attracts renters from all walks of life, including students, interns, and professionals drawn to its vibrant economy and cultural diversity.
