After cooking or eating, dishes, plates, and silverware must go directly into the dishwasher or be handwashed and returned to their proper place. I'm looking for a roommate for my apartment close to Summerlin here in Vegas. It's a regular sized room and shared bathroom, and you are also welcome to full use of the living room and kitchen. All utilities included. Parking is available, although admittedly a small crapshoot. Washer and Dryer in apartment. I'm a 24 yr old dude and I have a room available for rent in a townhouse. You'd have your own room, closet and bathroom. There is a balcony if you wanna smoke a joint or just chill outside. Laundry room in my house. Shared space would be for everyone so feel free to use the kitchen, TV, etc. Youre welcome to bring visitors i dont care, just use good judgement on who you bring over. I have 2 cats, they dont have claws so they cant tear anything up. I dont care if youre messy, just make sure the mess stays in your room. 420 and alcohol friendly, would just want you to smoke on the balcony if youre killing a joint though. I work all weekdays and have school sometimes after.
