Looking for a Good Roommate

I'm looking for a roommate for my apartment close to Summerlin here in Vegas. I am looking to rent either the master bedroom with a large walk-in closet for $800/month or a smaller room for $650/month. All utilities included. It is a shared bathroom. You are also welcome to full use of the living room and kitchen. Washer and Dryer in apartment. I will live with anyone, no matter age, gender, LGBTQ, or when you're awake or asleep.. as long as things stay relatively quiet and calm. Pets also welcome, but an extra fee (if you don't have ESA paperwork) Required to pass background and credit checks and be put on the lease. (Only way to get front gate access.)
