The apartment has many amenities including an outdoor pool and spa, sand volleyball, basketball courts, recreation room, 24-hour fitness center, and on- tanning beds. The rent would be $600 per month. Shared spaces include kitchen, living room, and in unit laundry area. This is a female unit with 3 other roommates who will also likely be moving home permanently as well for the remainder of the three months. Rent includes utilities.
