09/01 move -in Hey, I have a large room available for SEPT 1ST in a 2br 1ba located between Brighton’s Oak sq. And Brighton center. Application has to be submitted by May 15th. First, last and security needed.
Rent is $1,250 + utilities. It’s a great space with washer and dryer in basement, dishwasher, sunroom and office, small front yard. Many windows so excellent lighting, sunrises and sunsets.. Current roommate furnished common spaces, so if you have furniture, there'll be plenty of room for it. It’s a quiet side street with on street parking and you don’t need a resident sticker. Reach out if you’re interested and tell me a little about yourself. I’m a 35yo male working in Fenway. I’m pretty laid-back, out-going, clean and like to cook once in a while. Also like to relax and watch movies and play videogames. I work various hours but never post 11pm. I’m 420 friendly, however the unit is not. Been here now for 2 years and the charm still applies to it! Cat friendly, no dogs (although I love them)
