Hello, I am renting two of the rooms in my home out. I am currently only asking for $ a month per room, you will get access to the fridge, and kitchen for no additional charge. I will, however, charge an additional $ for access to the internet due to bandwidth usage. There is a full bathroom upstairs and a half bathroom downstairs. I do have a laundry room, but you may have to go to a laundry mat to wash your clothes due to the machines spiking utility bills, unless you would like to pay a part of the util bills. All I ask is for is a person that is respectful, clean, and responsible to pay their rent on time.
