Hi everyone! I’m looking for a responsible roommate to rent a room in my home. I’m a full-time working single mom, so I’m looking for someone who is respectful, clean, reliable, and easy to live with. My preference is a single female, but I would consider a couple depending on the situation. Unfortunately, I’m not looking for anyone with children at this time. I’m looking for someone who:
• Has stable, verifiable income
• Pays rent on time
• Has a clean background
• Is respectful, honest, and drama-free
• Cleans up after themselves and helps keep common areas tidy
