Hello, we’re a happy, active couple involved in progressive politics, and hosting social gatherings. We’ve enjoyed many housemates, including single parents, people from other countries and of diverse ages and orientations. Our house is about 2200 sq feet total with lots of shared community space, i.e. front porch, dance/yoga room, kitchen/dining room/living room. Your bedroom is downstairs, furnished or unfurnished, 13 feet by 13 feet with a direct door to the downstairs bathroom. We’re close to Mt Tabor Park, frequent bus line FX2, and the restaurants, theater etc in Montavilla. In our house people have privacy. If you’re interested, please tell us a bit about yourself, including your experience in living with others. We will take this ad down as soon as we have found our new housemate.

Looking for a Roommate – Available anytime after October 10thI have a 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment in SW Portland and I'm looking for someone to share it with. It's a good size, has a balcony, and the complex has a gym, sauna, pool, pickleball, and laundry on. The area is quiet and surrounded by trees, and I'll sometimes see bunnies out in the field at night. It's also about a 10 minute drive from OHSU and Lewis & Clark.I have a cat named Blue and a dog named Cowpie, so it would be great if you're an animal person. It would also be really helpful if you'd be willing to check on them here and there when I go on short trips.I'm looking for someone who picks up after themselves and respects our shared space. I keep the living space 4/20 friendly, but if that's an issue, I'm willing to work around it.About me
I'm 24, spiritual, and music is a big part of my life. I love being out in nature, crafting and making art, and watching TV shows. I'm currently self-employed doing Instacart while I look for a job, and I'm home a lot of the time. I'd love to find a roommate who shares some of these interests.Rent is $850 a month plus utilities. Feel free to reach out if you're interested.

We have one room available in a three-bedroom two-bathroom apartment. It’s 9x10 feet, plus a closet. You would share the bathroom with one other person. See the photos for some of the shared spaces. Laundry is in the unit, there’s a full kitchen and dishwasher, but no central cooling. The apartment complex is in North Beaverton (just North of Highway 26) and has amenities including a pool and fitness center. The two current roommates are both quiet and keep to ourselves. S (they/she) is 32, works in retail and loves books. E (she/her) is 27, makes music and works as a barista. Being queer and trans, we’d be happiest with someone else queer/queer-friendly. We previously lived with a cat and would love to welcome another! Rent for the room is $650 each month, plus utilities which are usually $70-100/person monthly. There’s also an application fee of $50, and we’ll ask for a one-time $250 contribution to the security deposit. The outgoing roommate will be leaving the last week or two of October. Please reach out for more info if you feel you might be a good fit:)
