There is new plumbing and electrical, as well as, a new furnace and water heater. Kitchen, bathroom, and communal living room are located on the ground floor. Laundry is located in the basement and there is storage in the laundry room and various other spots. There is also an outdoor grill that is perfect for a backyard bbq.The rooms for rent are not furnished but the communal areas are.
