It is VERY spacoius at square feet & the house is located in the mountains. The backyard gives a full view with turph and rocks. The owner takes care of the back and front yards, & pays for the water bill. The room that is available for rent is a bedroom with a shared bathroom. Pictures are in the listing. The rent is $ for the room plus electricity & WI-FI. 6 month lease is available & then if you are interested in signing for next year, we can chat about that.
