One Mi from Fry's, Safeway and restaurants and has good amenities, 2 pools, spa, fitness ctr and is nice with greenery. Mature and Quiet space. No smoke/vape/ etc! Not looking for any entertainers, just someone who also enjoys coming home to their own place. Cost is Half. Half of expenses, which comes out to approx $ which is pretty standard. I’m renting a 2K square foot 4 bed 3 bath house near 40th St and Thunderbird in Phoenix. I'm looking for one or two roommates to join me for the duration of the 12 month lease I’ve signed through 4/30/27.
