The upstairs common spaces (kitchen, living areas) are absolutely open to you too—this is your home! The only logistics to coordinate are the washer and dryer, also downstairs and out of the way. Possessing or being under the influence of, ‘party’ or hard drugs by you or your guest(s) on the property will result in immediate eviction. Smoking: Cigarettes, cannabis, vapes and diffusers can be smoked outside, and away from windows and doors. Drinking: Do so responsibly, and be accountable. Guests: Family and friends are important.
