We are seeking a fourth housemate for the 4-bedroom/2-bathroom house we are renting on the East side of Madison from September 1st onwards. The house has two floors with common areas on both, along with front and back porches, a front garden, and a back lawn. It is a stone's throw away from the bike trail, Atwood Ave, and many delightful shops and restaurants. We are three queer women in our late 20s to mid-30s, excited to build a cozy home together. Room for rent in a single family home on South side. Walking distance to several establishments on Park Street, to Lakeside Coffee House, and to Bernie's Beach. Quiet and friendly neighborhood, with views of the Capitol from Monona Bay. One year lease. Room mostly furnished with my own things but you are welcome to bring your own things if you prefer.
