Enough parking for yourself plus visitors. Please be respectful and mindful. No excessive partying, no destroying property. Everything is shared for the most part. Contribute to toiletries and cleanliness of home. No stealing, and please only bring over guests who are responsible and will not cause issues.- No drugs.- No drama- The dog will always act like he hasn't eaten in days, ignore him.
