Hi! I am offering a private basement suite (with a large egress window) for rent in a co-housing community at 4730 W 37th Ave, Denver, CO 80212! This is a community of about 30 homes, built intentionally to foster a sense of connection. The porches face inwards towards a common green space where people often chill and sit. There's an optional community dinner once a week, and interaction often happens naturally due to the layout of the homes. If you like to connect with nice people, this is a unique opportunity! The rental price of $1150 includes everything: the bedroom, a private bathroom, and a small living room area. Washer and dryer are included, as is use of the main floor, kitchen, living room and TV, etc., and the community spaces in the co-housing community.
