The house is fully furnished as well as the room you'd be renting out, we have laundry/wifi/fenced in yard and are close to trail systems off the shoreline. we're both quite and chill people. the house itself is a three bedroom two bath. the exchange is you feed/walk the dogs and live rent free in the house. It's a great opportunity for anyone still in school and or working part time. sorry no cats
