Hey I am looking for someone to fill a room next month. Rent is pretty affordable at 1000 plus utilities. The room comes with a parking spot for ease of access, in unit laundry, a shared garage for extra storage. The bathroom is shared with one other roommate. We live in a nice HOA with amenities like a pool, hot tub, basketball court, and a tennis court. We are 8 mins away from the beach and less than 1 mile away from the I-5 for commuting ease.
