All sheets and linens come standard and are stored in the closet in the bathroom..Kitty litter train cats will be permitted in this bedroom as long as they use the restroom in the bathroom and it’s changed frequently. There will be an additional nonrefundable pet fee and possibly a monthly additional charge. If the animal is not well-behaved, however if it’s a great cat, we probably won’t charge anything extra. Move in fee is only charged if extensive work is required to move old items out and new ones in.
