It’s close to downtown, Dillons, coffee shops. All utilities are included: internet, some streaming services, heat, water. It’s an arts and crafts style house with hard wood floors that we have renovated/restored. We will share a kitchen and bathroom. Both are newly renovated and we have all the things we need in the kitchen.

You will have a large room with a walk in closet, King bed with drawers attached, and carpet. You can paint or hang things on your walls. The neighborhood has a pool, fitness center, and public transport access.The kitchen has an air fryer, gas stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and a flour mill.There is a desk and large HD TV in the living/dining areas, with PS4 and HDMI. 5g WiFi and AC system. I don't have a lot of furniture yet.I have a dog and a cat. I work 8-5 weekdays, so I will be gone most of the day. There are public laundry machines next to my unit, I don't own one. You must be okay with living with a trans man (me). I am a quiet person who mostly keeps to myself, but I am friendly and I can get stuff done.
