Take over my roommates lease if you’re courteous, kind, respectful, and willing to do your fair share of housework and cleaning. The room comes with a personal bathroom. It’s on the first floor. The house has a front yard and a small enclosed backyard. Small garage that doesn’t really fit a car. Other bills such as utilities, power, water, gas, and internet are not included and range in price each month. The house is mostly furnished aside from the available room.
